Fantastic staff normally, however one night after being assaulted, my partner who was 3 weeks post op from cancer surgery told the nurse about his surgery, her remark was So whats that got to do with anything!!! I took everything off him that was monitoring him and we walked out, totally disgusted with this nurse.Other than that night I have always been looked after amazingly.

Went into ER after having injured my ankle in a basketball game, ankle was visibly swollen and bruised, was made to walk into X-ray and then was told that there was no problem and it was simply sprained. Turns out 6 weeks later after still being swollen and painful I was found to have an Avulsion fracture and a torn deltoid ligament that will require surgery to repair so well done lads

I was so sick, Literally shaking with severe headache and the nurses, were continuously asking me to fill the payment form and said they will not start the treatment until I fill the form.People come to emergency because it's emergency and people come their as they need emergency help.I guess money is more important than a patience. One of the nurse accused me of giving a fake details of my own home, Which was really upsetting.

I came in yesterday with my very sick little boy. We have had nothing short of the most amazing support and care since we arrived. A big shout out to the nurses and kitchen staff on the ward, (food has been amazing)I know how busy you all are and how hard you all work, you have gone far and beyond for the care of both of us. Nothing at any given time has been an issue for any of you. I feel we are in the best place we could be under the circumstances we are currently in. Thank you so much

I came in yesterday with a dislocated pinky finger. I can honestly say it was the best experience. I hate needles more than anything. But they were really helpful. The doctor, nurse and also the orderly - Lucy. Lucy was amazing from the moment I got there right up until I left. Staff was amazing!!! ♥

Horrible experiences with this hospital. We had our baby in a waiting room, because the nurse didn't seem to believe us that my wife was having a baby. It took numerous attempts asking for help to get any, baby was ok, but delivered in 3rd world conditions. Very hit and miss with staff.

Rude staff and More than 2 HS waiting at the emergency area . Why do they call emergencies if they basically have people waiting hours. And 0 medical attention but when the friend of the nurse come along he can pass and see a doctor while people still Waiting for the same right to receivemedical care . Not even in 3rd world counties have such a bad medical sistem.

I saw a fantastic female ED doctor Dr Catherine Douglass that put me on a patient centric treatment plan to get rid of mastitis which included my family care needs as a mum to twin babies and a toddler, in addition to my health needs to get me better. This holistic approach is far better then what I received at a different hospital a few months back with the same infection! - well done! The doctor and the nurses showed empathy and were friendly! I felt like I was in good hands!
